Mortgage Process

Step-by-Step Process from Applying for a Pre-Approval to Closing!

Setup a time to have a consultation with our Loan Officer

This is a quick and easy process. You can schedule an appointment to Speak with Will that works best for you. If youth think now is the time to move forward the fun begins!

Fill out a Pre-Approval Application!

This is a quick and easy application you can complete any time online! If Pre-approved you will be asked to submit some additional documents such as Paystubs, Tax Documents, Bank Statements to continue the process.

Pre-Approval Decision!

Congrats you are PRE-APPROVED! This pre-approval is good for up to 90 days. Thats where you and I get to work and start your home search!

Submitting Offers!

After finding your favorite home, we will submit an Offical offer! Once the offer is accepted the executed offer is submitted to the loan officer to start your Offical Loan application process!

Appraisal Time!

During the loan process your lender will order a 3rd party neutral appraiser to come out to the home and complete an appraisal to determine the homes value. This is a fee typically paid out of pocket by you the buyer at the time of ordering the appraisal.

File sent to Underwriting!

The Under Writing team will review all of your documents and loan application submitted to them by the Loan Officer. They will determine if there is any "conditions" or items that need to be clarified or corrected. If any conditions are needed this is the time to address them and re-submit addressed conditions to be cleared.

CLEAR TO CLOSE - (CTC)

After all conditions are cleared, you will be given your Offical CLEAR TO CLOSE and fund on your new property!
